Once you have submitted a design, you will receive an automated email confirming reception. Your design then goes through a screening process to ensure that it complies with our terms and conditions and reasons for decline. This takes around 3-7 days. Once your submission is either accepted or rejected, you will receive an email notification.

The competition is ongoing. Each month we pick the most popular Dzines from the whole site, it doesn't matter when that T-shirt was entered. The sooner you get your submission in, the more chance you have of winning.

We look at a combination of factors including, the highest amount votes, the highest average, the highest score and the feedback from the community.

The winner is the designer from the TOP 10 who receives the most amount of orders within an allotted time.

Show me the money!!!! Prize money is paid however you like - cash, paypal, cheque, wire transfer. It will be paid when the winner has been decided.

Royalties will be paid on a quarterly basis.

Our Tees are screen printed, each colour has a seperate screen which are applied individually by placing the screen manually or automatically on top of the T-shirt and forcing the printers ink through the relevant screen onto the T-shirt.

We use a 150gsm, 100% Super combed Cotton Tee, giving you a super soft single jersey T-shirt.

Our Tees are Short Sleeve tees tailored for a semi fitted retail look.  Check out our size here chart for a breakdown of our sizes.  Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch. 

Cotton tends to shrink when it is washed. The least amount of shrinkage will occur if you wash in cold water and hang it up to dry, where as the most amount of shrinkage will occur if you wash your T-shirt in hot water and dry it on the hottest setting.

For further instructions please read the label in the T-shirt. It may even make you laugh.

At this time you are not able to reserve your t-shirt by putting it in the shopping bag.

On the bottom right (or top of your browser, depending on which it is) you will notice a small padlock. This is an indication of a secure connection between your computer and SwishSwosh.com

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, In addition we also accept PayPal as a payment processor.

Both referral and discount codes must be entered at checkout to ensure that the correct deductions are made from the total.

SwishSwosh like to ship orders as soon as possible. It is for this reason that we find it difficult to change an order if it has already been processed. However, each shipment contains a return delivery bag and a re-order form if you wish to change the size or request a refund so just pop back in the post to us.

International orders might subject to custom fees, however in an effort to avoid you being charged we will mark each international order as a gift.

We understand that you can’t wait for your favourite t-shirt to arrive. We send through Royal Mail special delivery or recorded delivery. Special Delivery should take 1-2 days. Recorded delivery should take 2-4 days. If you do not sign for your delivery, then the Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions on you can collect from the nearest depot or ask for a re-delivery.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 30 days (60 days for international orders) from the date of purchase simply send us the T-shirt back in the supplied delivery bag and fill in the form. If you have lost the return form, then please email us at info@swishswosh.com. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions).

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of SwishSwosh.com

We pay for return shipping if we make a mistake in the shipping process or there is a defect. You pay for the return shipping if you are not happy with it or want to exchange it.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return.
